Published on 14 January 2025 at 23:35

Fennel tincture has many great medicinal properties, this one is easy and can be made anytime while you are waiting for your other herbs to grow, I used seeds purchased from Amazon, although I will be growing fennel this year and letting some of it go to seed so that I can use my own home grown. I think this is a great one to have on hand in your herbal medicine chest. All of the information I am posting was found on the web and is not my own, I am posting this for informational purposes only and do ask that you do your own research and get a professional opinion before taking any herbs for medicinal purposes . Here is the information that I collected and thought was interesting, and I am sure there is plenty more out there. ( tincture recipe at the bottom)

With this in mind, fennel tea may be beneficial for regulating blood sugar.
