Butterfly Flower Starts (local pick up only)

US$4.00

The butterfly flower is a perennial, it is a great pollinator for the Monarch butterfly and bees, it is of the milkweed family, as far as the research I have done it doesn’t seem to be invasive but does reseed its self, if you are not wanting them to spread the seed pod can be cut off before they go to seed, the flowers are vibrant orange in color and are great for butterfly and wild gardens.

  • Seeds need to be stratified (see blog)
  • Full to partial sun
  • Tolerates drought
  • Need good drainage
