The Jalapeño is a well versed pepper, it has a variety of ways to use it from Jalapeño poppers, flavoring salsa, adding to breads, making jams and the list goes on. They have health benefits like most peppers. They are medium in hotness, are between 2-5 inches long, they start out green but do turn red, you can harvest them at any time.
