This last weekend we worked the Mermaid Festival, I was able to capture this amazing photo of the fire and our Hawaiian Fire pizza. Sorry I didn't get any other photos, but this one makes up for that.
After the festival we came home, my daughter Kadence stayed and had dinner with us, I went out to the garden and picked some Queen Of The Night tomatoes and made some bruschetta crostini. They are such showy tomatoes for making bruschetta or salads or adding into things for a pop of color, I always make this for the weddings that we cater and everyone raves about it.
I also made homemade Mac and cheese and sautéed Swiss chard with bacon, it was a great dinner and a great wrap up for the season.
