Preparing for the Wedding

We are catering a wedding this next weekend and I wanted to share some of the things that I am making, We are doing our usual wood fire pizza, pastas and salads but a new thing we are trying is a charcuterie table, I love to try new things, I have done small boards and boxes before but nothing this big, I am wanting it to be more of an olive  or antipasto bar rather than a meat and cheese board. There are a lot of things that cant be prepared until the last minute to maintain freshness, so this is what I started on today, these will go well with the other recipes that I am making in the next few days,  I plan on posting every day what I get done until the wedding is over,
